Villa Kismet is a wonderful, newly renovated 5 Bedroom/6.5 Bathroom villa located in the gated community of Oyster Pond Estates on St. Maarten.  The villa is perched on a hilltop with stunning views of the ocean, surrounding hillsides and Orient Bay.

The main level offers two bedrooms with oceanviews...The Master Bedroom features a queen size bed with flat screen TV in the bedroom area, living area with flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo with surround sound system.  The en-suite bathroom offers double sinks and Jacuzzi Tub.  The second bedroom features a queen size bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo with surround sound system and en-suite bathroom with shower.

The lower level of the villa offers three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.  The 3rd bedroom features a queen platform bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo system with surround sound system and en-suite bathroom with shower. The 4th bedroom features two twin beds (can be made into a king), flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo system with surround sound system and en-suite bathroom with shower.  You also have air conditioning and a ceiling fan in every bedroom for maximum comfort and each of these two bedrooms opens onto the pool deck.

The 5th bedroom is located by the pool known at the Pool House.  This bedroom features a full bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo system with surround sound system and en-suite bathroom with shower.  In addition, there is a kitchenette which features a stove, sink, small fridge & microwave.

In addition, there is a laundry room with washer/dryer, iron & ironing board located on the lower level by the pool.

The villa has a large, very private infinity pool and is a wonderful area for relaxing and enjoying the fabulous views.  There is a nice outdoor bar area with refrigerator & ice maker.  Comfortable lounge chairs allow guests to sun bathe and soak in the pool.  There is an additional 1/2 bathroom by the pool area with shower and sink.
