Flexible Booking Policies

Travel before December 15 2020

Booking policy: Deposit upon making the booking: 10%. Balance due 15 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy: Cancel up to 30 days or if there are any travel restrictions at the time of travel: Full refund.

Postpone travel: No charge to change travel dates up to 1 year from the original check-in date. Change in rate might apply, but will offer a 10% discount on the higher rate.

Minimum length of stay: 3 nights. Housekeeping not included with 3-4 nights.

Additional discount: 5+ nights - Additional 15% discount. 3-4 nights - 10% discount

Villa Victoria: Minimum length of stay: 3 nights. Housekeeping include

Leones: Additional discount: 7 + nights - Additional 15%, 5 + nights – Additional 10%
