Villa Description
This beautiful oasis is surrounded with lush gardens and offers spectacular ocean views straight to the island of Tintamare and the French side of the island.
The Villa features 3 bedrooms with king size beds in the main house, each with a private en-suite bathroom. Additionally, Coconut Cottage is a 1 bedroom, 2 level cottage located in the garden.
The exterior patio areas have lovely and comfortable seating overlooking the beautiful large swimming pool. Patios in the shade or in the sun - you pick. Adjacent to the cottage and romantically set in the garden is a jacuzzi, it's the perfect place to relax and enjoy that glass of wine.
The main living space is an open concept, free flowing space between the kitchen, living room and dining area.
The kitchen offers granite counter tops with name brand appliances and travertine floors.
The cottage is located away from the main house and has a kitchen with custom mahogany cupboards, name brand appliances and also with travertine floors. Of course, you’ll come to relax, but if you do have to log-in, there is high-speed internet with wifi extenders throughout the Villa and Cottage.
At almost a 1/2 Acre of secluded gardens set on Oysterpond Hillside the Villa features stellar views of the Ocean, this is a Tropical retreat to relax and enjoy. You might think you’ll pick a mango right from the tree in your tropical garden, but monkeys might beat you to it – so be spotting!
The Villa, or both Villa and Cottage can be rented.
BEDROOMS
Master Bedroom 1 – King size bed with air conditioning and ceiling fan and cable tv on the main level. The bedroom has a spectacular view of garden, pool and ocean and has its own patio with chaise lounges and electric shade. The en-suite bathroom has a jacuzzi-tub, double bowl sinks, shower, regular toilet and bidet.
Bedroom 2 – King size bed with air conditioning and ceiling fan. The en-suite bathroom has sink, shower and toilet. This bedroom is on the main lever as well.
Master Bedroom 3 – with its king size bed air conditioning and ceiling fan is on the second floor. It has its own seating area and cable tv and a balcony. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a double bowl sink, shower and toilet.
KITCHEN
This kitchen comes with granite countertops, name brand appliances, large refrigerator and freezer, 5 burner gas stove and a separate 2 burner stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, a full supply of china, glasses, cooking utensils, pots and more. If you didn’t come to this island that is known as the Culinary Capital of the Caribbean to eat out, then DIY in this kitchen!
POOL
Large pool with 6 heavy chaise lounges with pillows and adjustable backs and umbrellas.
LIVING/DINING ROOM
The living area is an open free flowing space between living room kitchen and dining area. The living room is nicely furnished with 2 sets of seats and sofas and the dining room area has a large dinner table for 8 persons. The kitchen has a bar with 4 barstools.
