Large service hatch that can be closed off, in between the kitchen and great room. Service for 20 guests (more available for cocktail parties). Bar side opening onto the pool terrace.
LIVING/DINNING AMENITIES
Large dining table on the covered terrace by the kitchen and swimming pool, for 10 guests. Inside dining area in the air-conditioned ocean view great room, with a large rectangular table for 12 guests (tables can be extended up to 20 guests) . The great room can be also left open both to the front and back terraces to allow the gentle ocean breeze to naturally cool off the place, ceiling fans, mist sprayers on both terraces. The Buddha back terrace offers pleasant shade in hot afternoons. Various living areas are available inside the great room, on the back and front terraces.

Lap heated infinity swimming pool, surrounded by a spacious terrace with 10 lounge chairs, overlooking Shell beach. Direct private access to Shell beach via 190 step stairs.
GARAGE / NIGHT CLUB STYLE BALLROOM (UPON REQUEST) :
Located on the lower floor, the large garage can be transformed upon request into a nightclub-style ballroom decorated in a nautical theme and completed with retro disco balls.
