The upper and main level of the villa features the air conditioned great room with living area and kitchen area, the 2 king size bedrooms with their en suite bathrooms, as well as the spacious and sunny front terrace with the swimming pool, facing the ocean. Both bedrooms are accessible by the front terrace via sliding window doors.

Located on the lower floor, the 3rd bedroom with twin-beds (can also be prepared with a king size bed upon request) and en suite bathroom has its own private terrace and parking access. Being private and peaceful, offering amazing views on Shell Beach, Gustavia Harbour and sunsets, located close by to Gustavia : shops, restaurants .
