The quiet neighborhood is mostly occupied by residents and a few Villas are rented out for vacation rentals. Nearby you'll find Dawn Beach and the shops and restaurants of Oyster Pond. Orient Bay is about a 20 minutes' drive, there you will find the famous Orient Bay Beach with great gourmet French restaurants, Grand Case is about a 25-30 minutes' drive with wonderful French and Italian cuisine as well as the local Lolo's for great BBQ dishes.

Simpson Bay and Princess Juliana Int'l Airport is about 30 minutes away.

The Villa has a private swimming pool, 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a guest toilet. Each bedroom has AC as well as the main living room and kitchen area.

At this modern style Villa you can enjoy the Jacuzzi style smaller pool, large private pool, BBQ, Free Wi-Fi, and private parking for up to 3 cars.

Villa Alizea is made up of 5 independent units, the living/dining room with a beautiful kitchen, three units each with a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and the 5th unit is on the lower level with bedroom and ensuite bathroom. All beds in the Villa are king size beds.

This condo is located beach front on the pristine beach of Simpsonbay Beach which stretches about 4.5km. Just a few steps and can swim in the Caribbean Sea while soaking up the sun and enjoy long sunset walks!

The living & dining area is elegantly furnished with a tropical flare. The interior dining table can accommodate 6 persons comfortably, additionally there is a dining table located on the balcony.
