Sandcastle is decorated in high quality fabrics and furnishings, like you would your own luxury home, NOT like a rental!

Plenty of seating and lighting, baby grand piano (yes, you can request someone to come and play for you, ask our concierge..what a lovely way to enjoy your cocktails by the pool!)

Lighted swimming pool (protective fencing available upon request), swinging day bed on the beach, beach chairs, umbrellas, plenty of patio seating around the pool, under the shaded lanai, or on the garden terrace.

Kids lounge is a playroom/movie room with xbox and kids toys - all the kids love it, like their own private escape!

Bedrooms

Master Suite: A retreat to exceed expectations. Kreiss furnishings including down filled sofa for movie nights, large screen TV, Keurig coffee machine, Tempurpedic mattress and pillows, very private balcony with comfortable chairs for enjoying afternoon tea or morning coffee, desk/office setup if you must work, and large bathroom with 2 sinks, bathtub (candles included!), romantic outdoor shower, and private toilet. Large walk in closet and ample drawer space.

2nd Master Suite: Private stairway entrance, private balcony with comfortable chairs and table to enjoy a cocktail or a coffee with the best view in the house, king bed, and en suite bathroom including large stone shower. Large walk in closet and ample drawer space.

2 Guest King Bedrooms: these 2 rooms are identical, with the exception that one has the coveted Tempurpedic mattress! En suite bathrooms with large stone showers, large closets and plenty of drawer space in both rooms. The rooms open on to the patio area, a few steps away from the pool, with their own chairs in the shaded Lanai

Kids Lounge: Two Twin Beds are set up as day beds for lounging and playing xbox! Housekeeping will make them up for comfortable sleeping at night. Suitable for small children up to about age 12. Fully air conditioned and enclosed, powder bathroom is just down the hall with toilet and sink.

Crib: beautiful full size crib, plus pack n play crib to be set up on request.

LONG TERM RENTAL

$350,000 USD per year

Includes full time housekeeper, part time handyman, pool maintenance, pest control and use of two Villa SUV.

Renter pays for power, water, telephone/internet

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

• The Villa rental includes 2 vehicles (Chevy Tahoe and convertible 4-door Jeep Wrangler) 
• Full time housekeeping/laundress
• 24/7 concierge service by Levicitus Lifestyle for meet and greet upon arrival as well
• Additional guests over the maximum must be approved prior to arrival, and are charged $50/night/guest, regardless of age.
• Both vehicles included.  Driver must obtain Anguilla temporary driver's license (concierge will take care of this) and have adequate insurance.
• Rates are per night and include exclusive use of the entire villa, grounds, equipment and staff service.
• There is a seven night minimum in winter, four night minimum in the summer, 2 week minimum at Holiday period.
• Rates do not include 10% Government tax and 10% service charge.
• A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival or immediately if reservation is made within 60 days of arrival.
• All monies are thereafter non refundable.
• For Christmas and New Year reservations a 50% non refundable deposit is due upon booking and the balance is due on the 1st September.
• All monies are thereafter non refundable.
• Travel insurance is suggested
•  A security deposit is required on all bookings throughout the year.

CANCELATION POLICY

• Deposit will be refunded in full if cancellation occurs over 60 days prior to arrival except for Christmas and New Year bookings.
• If cancellation occurs within 60 days prior to arrival all monies received will be non refundable except for Christmas and New Year when the date is September 1st.
• All rates are subject to change.
