Petit Saint Louis is a lovely bungalow situated on the hillside of Corrosol with a splendid view on the harbour and Gustavia. It offers one bedroom with en-suite bathroom that opens onto the terrace and the swimming pool area.

Petit Saint Louis can be rented with Habitation Saint Louis for a total of 4 bedrooms.

CHRISTMAS 2008: $20000 for 2 weeks minimum. Can only be rented as 4 bedrooms with Villa Habitation St. Louis

Bedroom 1:

Oceanview, king size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, mosquito net, television with DVD player, HIFI, dressing and ensuite bathroom with shower, two wash basins, hairdryer, safe, towels and beach towels.

Living/Dining Room:

Living room is furnished with Indonesian furniture and opens onto the terrace. Dinning table seating for 4 persons.

Kitchen:

Kitchen completely equipped with oven, mixer, microwave, toasters, coffee maker, dishwasher, ice machine.

Amenities:

Television, DVD player, French satellite with US channels, HIFI, WIFI, telephone, safe, ceiling fans, air conditioning, gas barbecue, iron and ironing board.

Pool:

Nice pool surrounded by a large deck and terrace with lounge chairs.

Nearest Beach:

Corrosol Beach - 2 minutes - There is private access to the beach from the villa.

Distances:

Saint Jean Airport - 10 minutes, Restaurant - 5 minutes, Grocery Store - 10 minutes.
