Villa Description:

Villa ITALIA is a 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa located in Marigot with splendid views of the Bay of Marigot. All rooms open onto the covered terrace which surrounds a large garden courtyard. Italia is very private with many places to relax in the patio, on a large sofa in the garden, or around the pool on the lounge chairs…The villa offers two levels: on the first level, there are 4 bedrooms, American-style kitchen, living room with a billiard table and patio; on the second level there is an independent apartment with two bedrooms and two separate terraces. In addition, guests have access to a very nice tennis court. With its warm Mediterranean color scheme and open design, it is the perfect villa for a gathering of family or friends.

The master bedroom has a view of the garden. It has a king bed, air conditioning, fan, safe, television with the French satellite and DVD player. En-suite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, towels and beach towels.

Bedroom 2

The second bedroom has a view of the garden. It has twin beds and air conditioning. En-suite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, towels and beach towels.

Bedroom 3

The third bedroom has a view of the garden. It has a king bed, air conditioning and fan. En-suite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, towels and beach towels.

Bedroom 4

The fourth bedroom has a view of the garden. It has a king bed, air conditioning and fan. En-suite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, towels and beach towels.

Bedroom 5

The fifth bedrooms has a view onto the terrace. It has a king bed and air conditioning. Bedroom 5 & 6 share the same bathroom which offers a shower, hairdryer, towels and beach towels.

Bedroom 6

The sixth bedroom has a view onto the terrace. It has a king bed, air conditioning, television with the French satellite, DVD player and a small kitchen. Bedroom 5 & 6 share the same bathroom which offers a shower, hairdryer, towels and beach towels.

Living/Dining Room:

The spacious, casual living room includes a variety of seating areas and a billiard table. The covered terrace is furnished with additional seating and a large teak dining table for 12 persons. Both the living and dining area offer a view of the swimming pool and ocean.

Kitchen:

Fully equipped kitchen opens to the terrace includes stove, oven, fridge and freezer, ice maker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, espresso machine, mixer, telephone, radio.

All rates are based on 7 nights and include an escort to your villa upon arrival, welcome basket and daily maid service.

Minimum Booking is 7 nights except for Christmas & New Year's where a 2 week minimum is required.
