Villa Description:

This attractive villa with colorful decor and wonderful seaviews is built in the traditional St. Barth bungalow style. Conveniently located in the hills overlooking St. Jean, Villa Canopée is just a two minute drive to the famous beach, boutiques and restaurants. Some guests may even choose to walk to the beach. There are two dining areas, one inside, furnished with French antiques from the 1930s and another outdoor area is on the terrace facing the fabulous views.

This tasteful home offers two seaview master bedrooms, one located on the ground floor with the living area, TV room and kitchen; the other on the upper level, next to the pool, making this an ideal retreat for two couples or a family with older children. On the upper level, enjoy the two viewing points on St. Jean Bay and Eden Rock Hotel from either the pool or from the gazebo.

“La Canopée” offers three living rooms for relaxing. The independent Television Room is furnished with a French antique sofa and arm chairs, Satellite TV with several English speaking channels to include news (CNN), sports and movies channels, DVD player and CD player (MP3).

There are also a covered outdoor living room on the terrace and a seating area under the gazebo with arm chairs and sun chairs beside the swimming pool.

There are two dining areas, inside and outside, with dining table seating for 8 guests.

Kitchen:

Fully equipped modern kitchen includes dishwasher, American fridge with self service ice maker, traditional oven, modern cooking table, microwave with English function keys, lemon/orange squeezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, slicer, grinder.
