Villa Description:

Villa Blue Lagoon (Lagon Bleu) is located quite high in Cul de Sac, , in the private estate of "Domaine du Levant" with distant views of St. Martin/St. Maarten. It is very close to one of the most private and quiet beaches of Saint Barths, Petit Cul de Sac. All the bedrooms have fabulous views, terraces and are equal in size with ensuite bathrooms. Decorated with a Morrocan flair, the master bedroom is located off the kitchen and all rooms open onto large terraces throughout. Behind the living room, there is a small terrace where you are protected from the wind where you may enjoy the tropical garden area while reading or relaxing. The swimming pool is not huge, but is a good size and easy to rope off for children. This very spacious villa is an ideal house for families.

Villa Blue Lagoon is located right next door to Villa Baby Blue and can be connected for those wanting a 5 bedrooms villa. Lagon Rose is nearby and can be combined as well, making a total of 10 bedrooms. Just the right spot for a small meeting group or convention

Two living areas: one the right hand side of the entrance and a second larger living area with flatscreen TV/DVD. Both open to terrace and view. Indoor dining area and powder room that opens to the terrace. In a addition, another dining area by the large covered terrace with dining table seaing for 8 persons.

Kitchen:

Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar includes stove, oven, fridge and freezer, icemaker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, blender.

Amenities:

FAir conditioning in all bedrooms, flat screen television with French satellite (Canal), DVD player, telephone, CD player, radio, WIFI, HI FI, safe, voltage converters, Gas BBQ, iron and ironing board. Washing machine & dryer on request.

Pool:

Medium size pool is located adjacent to the living room, in a private courtyard with a nice deck that surrounds the pool area and all bedrooms. There are lounge chairs by the pool. Easy to rope off for children.

Nearest Beach:

Petit Cul de Sac beach - 5 minutes.

Distances:

25 minutes, St Jean airport - 20 minutes, Grocery - 10 minutes, Restaurant - 10 minutes.

Restrictions:

Children under the age of 5 years old are not accepted. Pets are accepted

All rates are based on 7 nights and include an escort to your villa upon arrival, welcome basket and daily maid service (except Sundays & Public Holidays).
