Villa BARTHELEMY is situated on the hillside of Gustavia with a beautiful view of the harbour and the yachts. This new 9 bedroom villa is very modern and tastefully furnished. The villa consists of two buildings. The first building has two similar apartments with one bedroom , one bathroom, kitchen, living room with a very large terrace on the first level and two bedrooms on the lower level. All bedrooms open onto the terrace and pool deck. The second building is independent consisting of three bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, living room, private terrace with an access to the pool. This villa is ideal for several families or couples who will enjoy life in downtown, Gustavia, close to night clubs, restaurants, shopping, etc…

Villa Barthelemy can be rented as a two bedroom villa up to a 9 bedroom villa.

Building 1

Bedroom 1:

On first level: King bed, air conditioning, safe, television, DVD player and dressing. En-suite bathroom includes shower, hairdryer, bathrobes, towels and beachtowels.

Bedroom 2:

On lower level: King bed, air conditioning, safe, television, DVD player, dressing. En-suite bathroom includes shower/bath, hairdryer, bathrobes, towels and beach towels.

Bedroom 3:

On lower level: Twin beds, air conditioning and dressing. En-suite bathroom includes shower, hairdryer, bathrobes, towels and beach towels.

Please note there are two apartments with the same configuration in Building 1 that adds up to 6 bedrooms.

Building 2

Bedroom 7:

King bed, air conditioning, safe and dressing. En-suite bathroom includes shower, hairdryer, bathrobes, towels and beach towels.

Bedroom 8:

King bed, air conditioning and dressing. En-suite bathroom includes shower, hairdryer, bathrobes, towels and beach towels.

Bedroom 9:

Twin beds, air conditioning and dressing. En-suite bathroom includes shower, hairdryer, bathrobes, towels and beach towels.

Living Room:

In Building 1 there are two identical living rooms that open onto the same terrace. Each living room offers a television with dishnet (US channels), DVD player, telephone, fax machine, air conditioning, HI FI and WIFI.

A table for 20 guests is on the upper terrace with a very nice living area or you can dine on the lower terrace by the pool.

In building 2 the living room is equipped with a television and the same amenities as the other two living rooms. There is a dining table for 6 guests and access to the terrace and pool.

Kitchen:

There are two kitchens in Building 1. Each fully equipped kitchen includes stove, oven, fridge and freezer, ice maker, microwave, toaster, espresso machine, coffee maker, blender.

The fully equipped kitchen in Building 2 includes stove, oven, fridge and freezer, ice maker, toaster, espresso machine, coffee maker, dishwasher.
