In 2008, Princess Heights completed phase II of its project where this lovely modern condo with all the comforts of home is located.

The property is located in a quiet and exclusive neighborhood of Oyster Pond, but there are many activities available close by to include marina, yachting, ferry service to St. Barths, casino and restaurants.  You are just a short drive to downtown Philipsburg and just 15 minutes away from famous Orient Beach for its wide array of restaurants, watersports activities, people watching and more!

On site amenities that you can enjoy is a large fresh water pool with slide for children...There are chairs and umbrellas by the pool area for guests to enjoy.  There is also a  small gym with the basic work out equipment.  Dawn Beach is located within a short stroll from the condo.

The deluxe two bedroom suite offers the perfect stay for honeymooners, couples, families and friends traveling together.  The suite can be rented as a studio suite for a maximum of 2 persons, one bedroom suite for a maximum of 4 persons w/ pull out sofa bed in living room or the entire unit to accommodate up to 6 persons when occupying the entire suite.

Minimum Booking is 5 nights except for Christmas & New Year's where a 7 night minimum is required.
