This charming three bedroom, three and a half bath villa is situated on a very large lot in the gated community of Terres Basses, the most exclusive area in the French Lowlands. The large indoor living and dining area is delicately furnished with a definite Caribbean feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest in modern appliances.

The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath and opens to a very large patio and deck that surrounds a large oval swimming pool. The second bedroom has twin beds and private bathroom and the third bedroom has a king sized bed and private bath. All bedrooms open directly on to the patio and pool. Reine de Saba is located just a short drive from Baie Rouge beach in the very exclusive Terres Basses region. Caretakers live on property in separate house away from main villa.

Master Bedroom – King bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom with shower and bedroom opens to a very large patio and deck that surrounds the swimming pool. Bedroom #2 – Two twin beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom #3 – King bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with shower. All bedrooms open onto the pool deck.

Living Room:

Spacious and nicely furnished with a definite Caribbean feel, ceiling fans and dining table seating for 6 persons.

Kitchen:

Fully equipped kitchen with the latest in modern appliances…Equipment includes stove, oven, fridge, ice machine, microwave, blender, toaster, dishwasher and coffee maker.

This villa overlooks the lagoon and offers beautiful gardens and a gazebo area…All bedrooms are air-conditioned, telephone, TV, DVD player, stereo with CD player, standby generator, caretaker lives on property in separate house away from the villa.
