Villa Description:

Oyster Pearl is a very special place offering 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms overlooking Dawn Beach.  The villa Faces East to take advantage of the cool sea breezes…the villa is just above the beach with superb views of Dawn Beach, St Barths and the Oyster Pond harbor entrance.  Walk down the garden path onto the fine soft sand of Dawn Beach.  Some of the best snorkeling on the island is just a short swim away.  Only a handful of private properties and the Westin Hotel share direct access to Dawn Beach.

The Villa is fully equipped for your comfort.  Snorkel gear and body boards are available for guests’ use.  The garden is a delight of local wildlife, Banana Quits, Hummingbirds and Iguanas are regularly seen.

The Villa has a real ‘Beach” feel to it. Lots of windows that open up to let the breeze in and the sound of the waves.  Cool marble floors with mosaic designs.  Pitched roofs with lazy ceiling fans. There is A/C too!

The pool area is wonderful giving you the feeling you are on the beach when you are in the water.  The deck area is covered and offers a sitting area and outdoor dining area.

There are 4 bedrooms.  The master bedroom offers wonderful views of the ocean to St Barths from the balcony.  French doors open directly onto the pool terrace.  Sleep in the King size bed to the sound of the ocean and the breeze in the coconut fonds.  The en-suite shower room features double glass wash basin’s on a marble slab.

The second bedroom is of similar size to the first with views of the sea and St. Barths from the balcony. Also featuring a king sized bed and en-suite facilities with shower. The third bedroom has a queen size bed in Bamboo and rattan with matching furniture and en-suite facilities with shower. The fourth bedroom, or childís room holds 2 twin beds, ideal for kids with access to the house bathroom.

tThe fully equipped kitchen features air conditioning, ceiling fan, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and includes stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker and a full array of accessories & kitchen utensils to prepare that special gourmet meal.

Oyster Pearl has TV, DVD player, DVD, CD and stereo player, Ipod dock, wireless internet access and a printer.  There is a DVD library of various movies.

Oyster Pearl is perfectly situated on the Dutch side, only a short distance away from downtown Philipsburg, the capital of the Dutch side, and 10 minutes away from Orient Bay on the French side of the island.

Bedroom 4 – The fourth bedroom, or child's room holds 2 twin beds, ideal for kids, with a ceiling fan. This bedroom has access to the house bathroom with shower.

Living/Dining Room:

Nicely decorated living area with wonderful views of Dawn Beach.  The dining area is on the outdoor covered terrace which can accommodate up to 10 persons where you can enjoy a wonderful meal with the gentle tradewinds, views and the sound of the ocean.

Kitchen:

The fully equipped kitchen features air conditioning, ceiling fan, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and includes stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker and a full array of accessories & kitchen utensils to prepare that special gourmet meal.

A 9% Government Tax & Service Charge will be added to all rates.
Rates are based on 2 guests per bedroom.
Minimum Booking is 5 nights except for Christmas & New Year's where a 12 night minimum is required.
