Bedrooms:

Master Bedroom 1 – The Master Bedroom is oceanview and offers a king-size bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan.  The en-suite full bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower.

Bedroom 2 – The second Bedroom is oceanview opening onto the pool deck and offers a king-size bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan.  The en-suite full bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower.

Bedroom 3 – The third Bedroom offers a two twins that can be made in to a king size bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan.  The en-suite full bathroom is equipped with tub/shower.

Living Room:

The combined living room and dining area is large and spacious with elegantly decorated rattan furnishings.

The indoor dining area offers seating for 6 persons.

Kitchen:

The state of the art kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances including GE Advantium oven, cooktop, dishwasher, French door refrigerator, wine cooler, snack bar and all the extras for preparation of meals.

All rates are based on 7 nights and include airport pick-up, welcome basket and maid service 6 days per week (except weekends & Public Holidays).
A 9% Government Tax & Service Charge will be added to all rates.

Rates are based on 2 guests per bedroom and the maximum occupancy at the villa is 7 persons so if a 7th person is added on there is an extra person fee of $50.00 p/night or $275.00 p/week
Minimum Booking is 5 nights except for Christmas & New Year's where a 12 night minimum is required.
