Villa Description:

Villa Flora is a lovely new property we represent located on the French side of the Oyster Pond Lagoon, close to Captain Oliver's Resort. This is a very nicely decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with private pool.

There is one king bed, one queen and two twin beds at the villa. All bedrooms do have air conditioning units for your comfort. The home offers a fully equipped kitchen, television, stereo, vcr, gas bar-b-que grill, washer/dryer, icemaker, coffeemaker, dish washer, toaster, and other amenities. Villa Flora boasts a beautiful view overlooking the oyster pond lagoon and Dawn Beach. Oyster Pond is less than a 15 minute drive to Orient Beach and Philipsburg, the Dutch side capital.

Bedrooms:

Master Bedroom – King Bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe, en-suite bathroom with shower and terrace. Bedroom #2 – Queen Bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom #3 – 2 Twin Beds and air conditioning.

Living Room:

Quaint living room with modern furnishings, ceiling fans and dining table seating for 8 persons located outdoors by the pool area.

Kitchen:

Fully equipped kitchen to include stove, oven, fridge, ice machine, microwave, blender, toaster, dishwasher and coffee maker.

Views over Oyster Pond & Dawn Beach, all bedrooms are air-conditioned, TV, VCR, stereo with CD player, safe in master bedroom, gas BBQ grill, washer/dryer, 3 additional small beds for children

Minimum Booking is 5 nights except for Christmas & New Year's where a 12 night minimum is required.
