Villa Description:

This villa sits on a hillside overlooking Oyster Pond and Dawn Beach, with the island of St. Barth in the distance. This casual villa is perfect for a large family gathering or 2 or 3 families as it sleeps up to 20 people. It offers a large open concept living room and dining area with marble floors, granite counters and a cherry wood kitchen with European cabinetry.

The living room includes modest furnishings with wet bar and a small library. The main level also includes a master suite with king size bed and huge walk-in closet and bathroom. A second master suite on the main level includes 2 twins, bathroom and walk-in closet. On the second level the third bedrooms offers a king bedroom suite with smaller bath/shower. The fourth bedroom is located on the third level and has a king size bed, bathroom and private terrace. All rooms offer outstanding ocean views! The lower level of the villa (private entrance) includes a fifth bedroom with double bed and bath room and a adjacent very large dormitory style bed room with one queen bed, 4 bunk beds, bath room and small sitting area. This room is perfect for children and can sleep 9 or 10. Here is a staff member living on the premises in a separate house and several friendly dogs. It's about a 3 minute drive to the beach.

Master Bedroom – Located on the main level, King Bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, TV, large walk-in closet and this bedroom opens onto the pool deck.  Bedroom #2 – Second master bedroom located on the main level with 2 twin beds, en-suite full bathroom, TV, walk-in closet and the bedroom opens onto the pool deck.  Bedroom #3 – Located on the second level, King Bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.  Bedroom #4 – Located on the third level, King Bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, private terrace.  Bedroom #5 – Located at the lower level of the villa with it own private entrance offer a double bed, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom with shower located adjacent to Bedroom #6 – Dormitory style bedroom with one queen bed, 4 bunk beds, bathroom and small sitting area.

Living Room:

Large open concept living room with modern furnishings, wet bar and small library, ceiling fans and dining table seating for 12 persons.

Kitchen:

Fully equipped cherry wood kitchen with European cabinetry and granite counter tops to include stove, oven, fridge, ice machine, microwave, blender, toaster, dishwasher and coffee maker.
