Casa Mariposa is a lovely home in beautiful Dawn Beach Estates on the Dutch side of St. Maarten/St. Martin in the Caribbean.

You are only minutes away from beautiful Dawn Beach and the Oyster Pond Marina.

This is a two bedroom, two bathroom home with a separate studio apartment on the lower level.  There are oceanviews out of every room on the upper level.  Casa Mariposa may be rented with the use of one, two or three bedrooms.

1200.  From the home, you will see beautiful sunrises and great fire flies at night.  The neighborhood is a quiet and gated community.

There are lots of extras at the villa to include Laptop and unlimited internet access, beach towels, ice chest for the beach, games and even a floating drink bar for the pool.  Everything is decorated in bright colors.

Master Bedroom 1 – Oceanview, king size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 2 – Oceanview, queen size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 3 –  Gardenview, fully equipped kitchenette, day bed which can be made into a king size bed in the studio, air conditioning, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Living Room:

Elegant living & dining area with a Caribbean flair offers wonderful oceanviews.  There is a ceiling fan, dining table seating for 4 persons.  In addition, there is an outdoor dining area for 4 persons where you may enjoy the wonderful tradewinds while enjoying a sumptuous meal.
