Romance for Two Package Add-on

For those who would like to add a little romance during their villa rental, you may opt for our Romance for Two Package Add-on featuring:

• A fresh tropical floral arrangement & bottle of champagne in your villa upon arrival

• Special gifts will be placed in the villa to include bath & body supplies, candle bouquet, Island sweet treats, 2 matching monogrammed bathrobes, strawberries & chocolate (or other seasonal fruit), cocktail wine and surprise congratulations gift to take home with you.

• Romantic décor in your bedroom

• A one hour massage for two in the privacy of your villa

• A Romantic Sunset Cruise for two aboard a Catamaran with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres

• Discover the lovely island of St. Maarten/St. Martin with a standard automatic air-conditioned car rental for either 5 nights/6 days or 7 nights/8 days (only Liability Insurance is included and local taxes are not included)

This package add-on can only be purchased in conjunction with a villa rental booking that has been booked & confirmed with Island Properties.  Unused package features can not be exchanged for money and will not be credited to the account.  Total package to be pre-paid prior to guest arrival (when final payment is due for the villa rental – 60 days prior to arrival date).  Any last minute bookings will require full payment at least seven (7) days prior to arrival with a valid credit card.  Paradise Island Car Rental has a booth right at the airport for registration and arrangement for the pick-up of the car.  The insurance with the car is Liability Insurance only and a valid credit card must be presented to Paradise Island Car Rental in order to use the car for the duration of your stay and to cover the local taxes, any further insurance, etc.  Island Properties reserves the right to change package, rates and conditions at any time.
